At VDM THE LABEL, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags securely attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene stickers are intact to qualify for a return.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
